Online Ticket sales will end at 7:00AM on the day of the show. After 7:00AM Tickets may only be purchased on-site at the show. The Show’s Box Office will open 2 hours prior to showtime.

Free Kids Tickets may be distribute throughout your area. Free Kids Tickets are valid ONLY for General Admission seating. Free Kids Tickets admit ONE Child, age 3-12, Free when accompanied by a Paid Adult. Each Paid Adult may redeem ONE Free Child’s Ticket. Free Kids Tickets are NOT valid for VIP or Preferred seating. Free Kids Tickets must be presented ‘in-hand’ or via Screenshot at the entrance of the show.

Children under 3 are free and do not need a ticket. Age 3 to 12 must have a Child’s ticket (Free or Paid). All Persons, ages 13 and up must have an Adult ticket to enter. All Children must be accompanied by an adult. Children may not be left unattended at the Event.

After your purchase is complete, you will be sent an email with a summary of your purchase and a barcode to be scanned at the entrance. This is ONE barcode for your entire purchase. You do NOT have to print this email, we prefer you to display it on your mobile device at the entrance.

All ticket sales for the event are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or event modifications. We strongly recommend ensuring your availability and verifying all event details before making a purchase. In the unlikely event of event cancellation, rescheduling, or significant changes, our sole obligation will be to offer a replacement ticket for the rescheduled date or a ticket of equal value for an alternative event, subject to availability.
